Attend PBC executive and general meetings

We need your talent if you are a great notetaker, loves to organize ideas, and wants to give back to the school community as a volunteer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with president to create meeting agendas

  • Send out meeting announcements, agendas and supporting documents

  • Take attendance and check for quorum during voting

  • Present draft minutes of the previous meeting, make corrections and ensure approved minutes are included in permanent record

  • Take minutes, including counting and recording any votes

  • Help coordinate articles for PBC newsletter

  • Collaborate with PBC executive team to communicate and publish club events and fundraisers​

Concessions Shoppers

3hr/wk during Football Season
(Sep-Nov)

Do you like Costco shopping?

We need help to purchase concession inventory during football season and concession events throughout the school year.  We shop at Business Costco and Restaurant Depot for supplies and goods. Role requires ability to lift cases of water and soda. You will work with concession chairs to restock inventory & record purchases. You will work with PHHS custodians for access to  Concession Stand.

2026-27 Grill Masters

3hr/wk during Football Season
(Sep-Nov)

Are you handy on a grill?

We need your help to grill burgers and hot dogs at the concession stand during football games. Free admission to the game so you can enjoy before and after your shift is done.
